Plagiarize:
transitive verb:  to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own:  use (another's production) without crediting the source.
intransitive verb:  to commit literary theft:  present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source.  Merriam-Webster ®

We at Jukeboxes Unlimited ®  don’t need to copy other’s information, layouts or photos to sell our products.  Our experience and knowledge in the business comes from over 50 years of sales, service.  But we have noticed ever since entering the world of e-Bay and the internet that many others have copied our unique descriptions and layouts using the information in their own listings, some going so far as to copy us verbatim.

So, if you see a write up or layout on a product that matches ours in somebody else's listing you'll know where it came from and that might lead you to wonder whether they just aren't sure of what they’re selling or haven’t been in the business long enough to come up with their own descriptions from lack of experience with the products.
